Add to a Luminos PIC Heat Exchanger for closed loop temperature control of active PIC chips under varying thermal loads. 
A precision TEC controller operates a TEC module located between the heat exchanger block and Luminos PIC chip Vacuum Part Holder. 
An encapsulated NTC thermistor sensor attaches to a Luminos Vacuum Part Holder to provide accurate temperature control.
